Deep golden, slightly unclear colour. Small head. Sour and funky arom with lemony notes. Dry flavour with notes of sour apples, lemons, nettles, rhubarbs and oak casks.

2017. Big sour nose, fruity power, light blanket, tangy with moderate complexity, really smooth and drinkable. Excellent!

2017. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Long moderate bitter finish. Creamy palate.

Bottle at Cask Days 2018. Stone fruit, light lemon, wet hay, and some great FUNK. Mouth feel is a little thin, carb is plentiful. Finish is quite sour, and mega funky. Slightly earthy, more stone fruit, especially apricot. beautiful.

Аромат неплохой, немного ягод, конечно же хлев с сеном, странно но даже хмелевой и травянистый оттенок имеется, также кислость и намеки на яблоки. Цвет классиечский, немного мутный, пены практисечки нету. Вкус отличный, ягоды немного, имеется очень сильная для этого стиля горчинка, сначала думал что хмелевая но потом понял что она очень травянистая типа ромашки или чабреца. Яблок в послевкусие почти нет, сухость большая. Хороший ламбик с повышенной горчинкой и пониженной газацией.

Tart aromas of malt, oak, fermenting cultures, honey, a bit of fruit and caramel. Flavors are similar to nose, tart comes out more at first and a little more sweet in the finish. Good body and excellent carbonation. Satisfying. Really good.

Bottle at gramophone bar, Puerto de la cruz, tenerife. Super fine Aroma, wood, bit leather, sweet booze notes, gueuze. Complex and very pleasant. Almost sting to the point of nailpolish but avoids getting there. Flavor is white wine, wood, gueuze, apricot, funk. Barrel very present.

Bottle, shared by Chris M. Pours dull orange. Tart, grapefruit, peach, pungent tropical fruit, funk, barnyard. Medium body. Very good.

Bottle from Cork & Cask. Hazy golden body with an off-white head that holds well. Lively carbonation. Aroma of green apple, rhubarb and lemon. Flavour of bitter lemon and green apple peel. Thin to medium body with a frothy mouthfeel. Very fizzy. Bright and juicy. This is in great condition. The flavour is nice but not the most complex; the aroma is very welcoming.
