0,33 l. bottle poured in to a weizen. Hazy, pale golden colour with a dense, white cap. Spicy and fruity aroma with citrus, coriander, wheat and pale malts. Light bitter taste. Light to medium body with a lively carbonation. Finishes fruity and spicy with more bitterness than the Belgian originals. Nice and refreshing witbier.

Bottle @ Brad’s house Minneapolis. Pours a cloudy whitish yellow appearance with a white head. Quite spicy, coriander, lemon grass, citrus peel, refreshing bready yeasty aroma. Light lemon pudding, coriander, chewy/bready yeasty, sweet wheat malty flavor that’s incredibly refreshing. An old favorite that I wish was still distributed to Colorado.

A golden wheat ale with a thick collapsing white head. In aroma, a smooth caramel malt with berry notes, lightly musty and old. In mouth, a smooth chlky malt with light coriander, ginger, but oxidized and tired. Tasted with ProbstBlueRibbon, July 7, 2012.
