Frothy, white head atop a hazy, light yellow body. The aroma yields coriander, grass. lime and a light maltiness. There is a also a slight hint of perfuminess. The flavor is moderately sweet, lightly bitter. The finish is somewhat dry and has a light bitterness as well. The light to medium body is watery. Decent enough, but doesn’t compare to Hoegaarden.

Very spicy aroma, mostly clove, but nutmeg is well represented too. Milky yellow color, thin white head. Tastes so much of clove that it is almost one dimensional. Underneath the spice, one may find strawberries. Slightly tart, good mouthfeel. Very good hop finish. Pretty enjoyable, but has little balance.

This brew is a hazy pale yellow color with a thin white head that dissipates steadily. Minimal lacing is evident. Pleasant aroma of citrus, yeast and coriander. Light, effervescent body with a mildly hoppy and spicy flavor that has touches or orange and tangerine. The finish is zesty hops with a touch of malt thrown in. Very passable overall.

Smells very much like Blue Moon, with cloves and butter. Aroma has light citrus and coriander. Refreshing and light body, but tastes good enough. Lightly bitter herbal finish. Cloudy yellow.

12 oz bottle from Country Club Liquors, Bakersfield; nose of a little funk, spices, grain, and citrus; hazy yellow with a medium white head; flavor of tangerine, corriander, yeast, and a little hop bitterness. Pretty good actually, would be a great session beer!

Yeasty aroma with some citrus. Hazy pale lemon color with a white head that’s respectable. Coriander shows as the glass approaches the lips. Thin bodied, but somewhat creamy, with fizzy carbonation. Got a hit of banana for start, then some lemon or orange, light wheaty malt, finishing with orange oil for balance. Very refreshing. It’s not Hoegaarden, but it’s a decent competitor.

Bottle. Musty wheat malt and lemon aroma. Hazy pale yellow color with small head and moderate effervescense. Mild acidity initially followed by a mild sweet lemon flavor and ending with a musty dryness. Very nice witbier.

Pop the lid on this 12 oz Belgie White and get a sour gooseberry aroma, quite intereesting. Beautiful swirling pour with stuff swirling around from the gunk on the bottom of the bottle! Taste is spiced with orangy hints and wet hay. Coriander shmortiander. Nice drink and enjoyability factor. Has some malt or bitteress on the back sides of the tongue. Wheely wheaty. Good creamy carbonation, that is welcomed. A little too strong for my girlie taste buds. Not watered down. Not quite as refined as Whittekerke or Pax.
