Pours with a largish, off-white head that leaves good lacing. Hazy yellow body with a couple big particles if you pour the entire bottle. Aroma of honey, corriander; very sweet overall. Taste is watery, hay, yeast and coriander notes. Fizzy mouthfeel; a bit dry.

Bottle. Pours a light gold with about one finger of fluffy, white head. Aromas have a definite funk to them with some lemon, cloves and grass. Flavor is sweeter than expected with a fairly strong clove presence and then transitions to some grass and citrus for the finish. Nice enough, even though it lacks a little complexity.

bottle - Pours hazy yellow with a one finger white head. It has a malty aroma with some yeast and citrus notes. The flavor is similar, sweet with yeast and citrus and a hint of spice. It’s light bodied, refreshing, and generally pretty good.

Pour is a cloudy-hazy yellow with a average white head. Aroma is nice with some yeast and coriander. Flavor is decent as well with some citrus, yeast and a bit of banana. A decent attempt and quite tasty. You never know what to expect from this brewer, sometimes they are spot on and sometimes way off. This one is pretty spot on.

Pours hazy golden blonde. Nose is of spices and Belgian yeast. Aroma is a strong presence of spice (coriander) that dominates the rest, some citrus and yeast. Mouthfeel is somewhat dry/bitter. A good wit seasonal beer.

Extremely hazy, pulpy yellow-brown body, medium off-white head. Aroma of citrus (lemon), banana, and bread, sharp and biting. Creamy, estery body with sharp citrus (lemon, orange), wet hay, and light sweetness, in addition to herbal hoppy notes in the finish. Rather thin, but refreshing.

12oz bottle pours hazy straw that runs toward gold with bright white head. The aroma is full initially with sugar, sourness, lemons, pears, oxidation, apple wedges and mild yeast. The taste begins tart with lemon and mild vague tartness followed by tart green apple wedges. It then turns mildly watery as well as notes of sugary malts. It ends even and somewhat neutral with a mixture of mild lingering lemon and grainy malts.
