12 oz bottle. Very hazy yellow with a dense white head. Aroma is spicy and citric with yeast. Flavor is sweet and sour fruity with spices and yeast with a hint of acid in the finish. OK and refreshing but a bit anonymous imo.

Bottle at Sorbon. Pours hazy yellow with a big white head. Smells of belgian yeast and a hint of citrus. One of the best american weat beers Ive tried, big body.

Sampled on draft at Rivertowne this beer poured a hazy dark yellow color with a small white head. The aroma was faint with notes of must and citrus. The flavor was tart, musty and a bit peppery with a moderate citrus element. The finish was dryish citrus and pepper. Decent.

Really pale whitish, yellow, cloudy colour. Quickly descending, white, frothy head, that leaves lacing as it gets down to the bottom. Banana and clove aroma. Taste is mildly sweet and laden with a lot of banana and spices, especially cloves. Palate may have a little problem, possibly because of a little too much carbonation.

Bottle: Poured a light hazy yellow color ale with a light foamy head with minimal retention and some lacing. Aroma is dominated by loads of ginger notes with some orange peel also discernable. Taste is a mix between some ginger some coriander and some orange peel. Body is way too thin for the style with some average carbonation. A bit more wheat would have benefited and this would have been a great beer.
