I have a bone to pick with this brand. I met the owner like twelve years ago at a fest. He had this glorious table of crab & cider apples to help educate the masses. He was planting an OG cider farm & would eventually have the good stuff. It takes several years for grafts to come to bear, we know this. Now the website talks about the farm like it's an apple museum, no mention of good things to come. He's still producing shit cider like this champagne yeast added sugar forced carbed crab. I'm drinking the twenty-fucking-fifth-anniversary can & the stuff isn't any better. 25 years. Where are the apples?! What a phony. Tallboy rating opportunity from 604. Stemless wine glass @home. Clear, pale gold, slow release white head. Smells like dry, acidic apples, champagne yeasties, unsweet pineapple, grain, sulfur. Taste is sharp apples, lemon, very minerally Prosecco, bitter veggies, dust. Forced carb is great, acid is great, tartnesss is malic, easy to drink. Boring but not terrible. Dammit.

Crisp apple. Some core, some seed. Golden pale white with decent head and lacing. OK. Tap at Snally.
