750ml bottle @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Sangue di piccione, intensa, appena torbida, schiuma rosata medio-leggera. Al naso intense note di ciliegia e balsamiche, di cantina, legno, leggeri esteri, vinoso profondo. In bocca è sfaccettata, citrica, fruttata e acida decisa con leggero tart e astringenza, leggere riminescenze di torba nel retrolfattivo. Corpo medio, carbonazione medio-bassa. Molto complessa.

75CL Split 7 ways. Blood red, no haze. Sweet Cherry aroma. And a bit of honey and flower. Loads of very sweet cherry flavor, It’s tart, bright, incredibly juicy. A little bit of vinegar actually a lot toward the finish. There’s a ton of juicy cherry sweetness. Love it.

Blood red, funky, woody, sour cherries, fairlt dry, but balanced, fruity, tart, soft and balanced, dry woody finish, quite nice

Bottle split at the Lambic-O-Doom, 08/12/18. Clear cherry red with a decent crimson covering. Nose is tarte cherries, basement esters, smoked straw, wood must, funk, light acidic nostril twinge. Taste comprises tangy berries, stoned red fruits, damp alleyway, cherry skins, tarte dried berry notes, funk, dusty tones. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a balanced acidic rip. Solid.

Bottle shared at Droom. A light hazed plummy red coloured pour with a lasting pink cap. Aroma is minty raspberry, peppermint, mellow funk. Flavour is composed of spicy prickly raspberry, woody, sharp mixed fruit, light mint, woody raspberry.. Palate is sharp and prickly medium pucker, high carbonation.. Nice.

Short sample at the Shelton Festival. Pours dark, purplish-red, with a small, pink head. The aroma is dark cherries, syrup, and vanilla. Some light lemon acidity, and dry, earthy funk. Sweet and fruity, with a sharp tartness. Medium body, with a smooth, slick, and clingy mouthfeel. This is an aggressive kriek, but thoroughly enjoyable. Big fruity nose, and unabashedly sour. Excellent!
