Bottle. Pours murky brown. Frog spawn head. Looks grim. Fresh balsamic and red wine vinegar. Old oak. Leather. Touch of dark chocolate. Taste is dry tart and sharply acidic. Ok mouthfeel other than it’s almost flat. Tart dry finish. Hard work.

750ml bottle @ Pien, Helsinki. Malty, sourish and earthy with some hints of oud bruin, berries, oak and wood. Quite untypical for a lambic.

Interesting. I tagged this having coffee, but it's not really. Musty, a bit roasty and caramelly.
