Brewed in collaboration with our good friends at Henhouse Brewing in California. Made with Simcoe, Strata and Sabro hops and fermented with Berkley Yeast's thiolized London Tropics strain, this beer is flowing from the center with rich passionfruit, mango leather, sweetened pineapple, and shaved coconut, this hazy IPA goes down like your favorite tiki drink, with just a hint of dankness at the end.

“Down on the lake rosy reflections of celestial vapor appeared, and I said, ‘God, I love you’ and looked up to the sky and really meant it.” - Jack Kerouac, The Dharma Bums

Big citrus starts off like rolling out of the train on a cold night with the tramps from LA to San Francisco*. Almost a seltzer like citrus vibe there, one of those sizzling effervescent vitamin C pills you drop in your water when sick.Pours hazy yellow without much head. Tangerine kind of lemon stays with you all the way through. Body is paper thin, and the finish is pretty clean. Certainly pleasant. Tap at brewery.

On tap at the brewery. Murky orange with some white head. Nose has malt and orange creme and coconut sabro.  Flavors same.  Creamy finish.  Sabro is there.  6 4 6 4 13
