Inspired by our Head Brewer's time in Phu Quoc and Saigon as well as Graham Greene's famous novel:
“He made a hopeless gesture. ‘You see the forest catching fire. God knows what you would see from the ground.'"

Plenty of milk and lots of coffee. Clear dark brown, blackish pour with decent head and lacing. Bittersweet finish. Some butternut. I liked this a little better than the Oreo pastry stout. Tap at brewery.

Pint(s) at the brewery, pours a thick, viscous black with some sudsy off white head. Nose is nice and very approachable, malt and licorice, the condensed milk is so clear, chocolate milkshake, some light sweet coffee. Flavor brings more coffee, more malt ball, more caramel, more milk chocolate. Finishes full bodied and sweet, but damn it's smooth. Doesn't drink heavy at all. Fairly long finish too.
