We took a delicious brown ale and doubled it. Ten different malts come together for a complex mix of caramel, toffee, and raisin with a hint of fresh cinnamon bun flavor at the finish.

16oz can from Arlington Brew Shop pours a translucent, deep brown with some off white head that faded fast. Tobacco and chocolate chip cookie, malt and caramel, roasted root veg. Flavor is mostly sweet tea and brown sugar, gets a little reductive here. Lack of carb doesn't help either. Medium full.

Smoke and burned raisins, which is a bit of an odd sensation. Dark clear brown pour without much head. Lots of cinnamon, bark. Bitter and tangy finish, some boozy sweetness. Tap at Dominion Wine and Beer.

Deep dark brown coloured body with a nice, two to three centimetre tall off-white and light brown head. Aroma of nuts, molasses, roasted malts, some oatmeal and a good dose of caramelised sugars and toffee. Medium-bodied; Pretty rich malt flavours show at first with a good oatmeal bite and some vanilla here, with a lot of nuts and rustic earthiness that shows up, but the sweetness seems to dominate with some smooth nutty malts on the finish to balance this out nicely. Aftertaste shows some richness from the sugars and a great balance of malts with the requisite nuttiness and some soft bitterness from the burnt sugars, but altogether, a nice product. Overall, a nice and robust beer with a lot of nutty flavours, but the sugars, toffee, molasses, caramel and vanilla notes remain the strongest, in a great way. Nice to sample and well worth trying to find, especially in the season! I sampled this sixteen ounce, pint-sized can, purchased from Total Wine in Alexandria, Virginia (Potomac Yard) on 13-November-2022 for US$4,49 sampled as Day #2 of my 2022 Beer Advent Calendar (self-created) sampled in my hotel room here in New York, New York, while away visiting for Christmas with my family on 02-December-2022.
