clear dark yellow, small smooth white head. malty aroma, english hops, a bit sort of flat. flavor is english hoppy, flowery, slightly malty. tight.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a clear deep golden with an off-white head. Skewed hop aroma - so British that it almost hurts. Light body, dry fruitiness with a solid dose of hops leaving a rather bitter finish. 290911

50 cL bottle. Pours hazy to cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is mild fruity and light peachy. Light ashtray. Fruity, bitter and light herbal finish.

@ Mason’s Arms, Strawberry Link. Light amber colour with a fairly creamy head. The aroma is fruity, maybe with a hint of caramel. Fairly strong caramel, maybe with a hint of alcohol. Finishes off-dry and fairly minerally.

Cask (handpump) @ The Porcupine, Leicester Square, London, Greater London England.Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, caramel, keller, moderate to light heavy hoppy, grass, grapefruit, orange. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to light heavy bitter with a long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090803]

Cask@The Porcupine. Goldeny amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is grass, wood, toffee, some hints of fruits as well. Flavour is quite the same along with some slightly biscuity and mildly buttery notes.
