Appearance: Deep golden color with a small white head that leaves some lacing.
Aroma: Caramel malty and light floral hoppy.
Palate: Light body. Moderate sweet and a light bitterness. Soft carbonation.
Taste: Thin caramel malty with some fruity and hoppy notes.
Overall impression: Way to thin body. Could have been a nice ale.

Cask at the George IV, Sawbridgeworth. Clear medium amber pour with a broken white head and broken lace. Hints of malt in the aroma. Not much of anything in the flavour it has to be said which has some weak bitterness and a weak watery palate. Given the picture of a hop on the hand pull clip I was expecting something a little more flavourful and satisfying than this.

From cask. Pours clear and golden orange with a fully gone head. Aroma is mild citrusy and slight malty. Fruity and mild citrusy. Dry and bitter finish. Ends dry.

Cask (handpump) @ Nags Head, 10 James Street, Covent Garden, London, Greater London England WC2E 8BT.Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toffee, light roasted and nutty, light to moderate hoppy, grass. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fresh. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090803]

Cask at Nags Head, Covent Garden, London. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with citrusy notes of hops as well as notes of caramel. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of caramel, leading to a slightly bitter finish. The mouthfeel is very smooth.
