The West Coast version of our incredibly popular DIPA, Asleep on the Forest Floor. Asleep on the West Coast features a similar grain bill and the same hops as Asleep on the Forest Floor (Citra & Simcoe), but with a West Coast-style water profile and classic American IPA yeast strain instead of our house Hazy yeast. The result is intense juicy pineapple & sappy pine notes.

16oz can from Tavour. Clear golden pour, foamy head subsides to a thin white layer. Hoppy aroma, citrusy, lemon, grapefruit. Taste is hoppy, resinous, zesty, citrus peel, mildly astringent. Big hoppy bite which tapers off a bit after that.

Tap. Pours clear golden orange, medium off white head, good lacing. Aroma is resinous, pine, grapefruit, mango. Flavor is light plus sweet, medium bitter. Medium body. Solid old school

Pretty well done west coast ipa. Pine and pineapple. Golden pour with decent head. Bitter end, some caramel. Tap at brewery. 837316
