-Huge amount of Multiple malt with no added sugar
-13,5% Degrees of alcohol giving it a drying effect at the end, the aroma of this is present but hide their strength
-a lot of dark malts malt character
-we achieved a balanced complexity, we carefully combine the best Quality ingredients, we mash it in a high temperature range and we give it 67 ibu from the hops and the roasted malt, which is a lot, but it is for balance with the sweetness of beer
-thick body and taste
- patience will be rewarded so we chose to Aging this beer in AGEN BOURBON BARREL for 10 months and in bottle in the best temperature before we take it out to the market
