Mye smak for sine sølle 3,8%. Definitivt et øl jeg kan drikke igjen, men helst på en varm sommerdag.

Bottle from Jacobs på Holtet in Oslo, Norway. Golden colour and light hazy, with a white head. Light fruity and citric nose. Mild caramel flavour with a good fruitiness that makes it very fresh.

0.5l bottle @ Henrik, Bergen. This one pours a clear pale golden body with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is quite fruit-yeasty with notes of citrus, heather honey and mild caramel. Mild and nice. Average carbonation, medium-bodied and it has a mild and oily mouthfeel. Nice flavors as well. Mild caramel flavored with hints of honey, grass and a thin and dry bitter ending. Not a bad bitter, but perhaps a bit boring.

50 cl bottle, BBE 06/2012
Lots of toffee and honey in aroma. Mouthdrying palate at the start. Flavour has sweetish, bitter toffee and some spices. Surprisingly thick palate for 3.8%. Good bitter.

From a 500ml bottle on 7/4/2011. Pours golden with a decent head. Doesn’t have much of an aroma, but what’s there is a strange combo of grass, rice and paint. The taste is also quite unusual. There is some maltiness up front but it’s dominated by a sour, salty, citric hop bitterness, which keeps on lingering. The palate is quite thin. Distinctive but not overly enjoyable.

Copper brown beer with a medium and blond head. Aroma is malty, toffee, some red berries, rasberries and light hoppyness with fruits. Taste is also malty like aroma, biscuits, toffee, some lemon, medium bitterness and dry taste. Quite light to drink, but still lots of taste, medium carbonation, quite nice. Dry and malty beer, more aromatic hops would be needed to make this beer more aromatic and fresh.
