Brilliant golden with a white head. Big funk and acidic notes kind of bulldoze the more nuanced bits, but not in a bad way, really. Apricot, farm, old oak, lemony citrus. Nice dry finish with a good tart bite that lasts and lasts. Really tasty.
Sour, acidic, white rhubarb, fruity, bit of gooseberry custard
