Review based on the BJCP2021 guidelines (style 29A: white guava, mango, passionfruit / X4). Can 50 cl - Batch 07.08.2025 04843 (BB: 07.08.2025). AROMA: medium-high fruit aroma (passionfruit, mango and slight guava). low grainy malt background with a medium-low clean sour character. APPEARANCE: pale orangish color and hazy. medium-large off-white head with low retention. TASTE: initial medium fruit notes (passionfruit, slight mango, faint guava). low neutral-grainy malt background and medium-low clean sourness. medium-low to low bitterness. finishes fruity, slightly sour and with some yeast presence. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium-low carbonation. slight alcoholic warmth. OVERALL: an interesting fruity berliner weiss-type beer / Catharina sour.
