Pours dark red to brown with a tan head. The aroma contains caramel, bread and herbs. Somewhere between an "old brown" and an amber, but there aren’t a lot of fruits in it. It tastes medium sweet and medium bitter. Carbonation is average. Nice, but it doesn’t really know where it’s going.

Red-brown colour. Aroma and flavour have a lot of sweet, candied fruits and jam. There’s a light bitterness in the finish offering a little balance.

Pours very dark, brown. Like a cola, actually. Wouldn’t call this ’red ale’ by color. Small white head. Smell is weak, bit sweet, some grains. Taste is sharp malts, spices ( has got some caramel, as well as some earhty, vegetable, herbs ) very off-balance to me (way to much on the spices side) again, it reminds me of coca cola ( or is it just in my head? ) - inspired beer.. It’s not a bad beer, it just really is weird, and not my thing. I wonder if this is an off-bottle ? Mild bitterness in the aftertaste. Ok mf and carbo. The first taste as well as the aftertaste are ok to even good, its just that middle, spiced part I really dislike.

Bottle @ home. Lightly hazy dark red color, small off-white to beige head that diminishes quickly. Aroma is malts, sweetish, slightly caramel. Taste malts, sweetish, caramel, a hint of sugar, a hint of leaves and slightly yeasty. Average body and carbonation.

Clear reddish beer, small creamy irregular beige head, stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: malty, dried fruits, some caramel, banana, bit sweet, hint of cloves. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sourish, some red fruits, quite a lot of chocolate, banana, caramel, little bitter. Aftertaste: spicy, banana, little roasted, caramel, cloves, hoppy touch, some overripe fruits, sourish touch.
