Italian Grape Ale crafted with 70% Vidiano (Βιδιανό) and Plito (Πλυτό), two historic, indigenous white grape varieties from Crete, and 30% beer wort. The blend undergoes spontaneous fermentation, driven by the natural microorganisms present on the grape skins.
Semi-dry with a gentle acidity, Grapy offers refined aromas of apple, pear, stone fruits, lemongrass, and delicate floral notes beautifully expressing the terroir of the grapes. Its low carbonation enhances the refreshing character while evoking the elegance of a still wine.
