Bottle. Not a bad German Hefeweizen but there are better ones out there. Cloudy gold in color with a two finger head. Taste and aroma were the usual banks and spice.

Old rating from 2001 - From the tap, pours hazy straw colour with a large white head. Aromas & tastes of banana, clove, citrus, hints of spice & hops. Medium body. Crisp clean finish

Bottle at work dinner trying to sway goodwill with German boss. Dirty blonde pour and fine head nose and tastes of cloves, banana, wheat, cardboard. Medium bodied. Pleasant.

Appearance: Cloudy yellow to orange with a moderate white frothy head of good retention. Aroma: Banana, wheat breadm light clove. Taste: Medium dry. Proper Weizen profile. Light grassy hop in the ending / aftertaste. Mouth feel: Medium body, appropriate carbonation. Overall; Decent.
