Draught @ Brewpub Pours hazy yellow with a smooth head. Aroma is hoppy grassy, malty and citrusy. Taste is sweetish, malty and grassy with lots of hops and hints of buttery notes. Finish is bitter, grainy and malty with hints of grass and citrus. Nice, clean and hoppy pils.

Beer No. 50 on my tour through Austria, Germany and Denmark.
Draught at the brewpub. Pale yellow coloured, small white head, weak lemony hoppy nose. Malty, light hoppy and hay with moderate dry hoppy finish. Pleasant pils.

Cloudy tan. The aroma is yeasty, spicy. Tastes again mostly doughy and yeasty like all the other brewpub beers in Berlin. Maybe some off-dry towards the finish. Sort of like a good version of the usual.

(Draught at the brewpub, Berlin, 21 July 2010) Cloudy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Malty, slightly fruity nose with notes of grass, hay and a touch of tropical fruit. Malty, slightly fruity taste with grass, lemon, bread and a mild grassy bitterness in the finish. Rather light body, balanced sweetness. Quite nice and highly drinkable.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy yellow with a short lived white head. Bitter on the tongue. Interesting setting for a pub, in a cellar at the back of a pretty awful looking apartment? building

06/03 Draught at the brewpub. It poured hazy yellow body with medium sized head. Unpasteurized herbal hop aroma. Flavor is more malty than hoppy, sweetish biscuit and honey are dominating here while herbal hops are present just as in ordinary premium lager. Medium body and shorter bitterish aftertaste. Pretty much ordinary brewpub pils and commonly seen locally.

Draught at the brewpub. Poured a hazy, almost murky yellow body with a small head. Eggy and vegetabley nose. Slightly dusty, yeasty. Sweet taste, perfumey but eggy. Some hop bitterness. Better than the nose really, light yoghurt and lemon later. Bitter aftertaste. Gets better later on.
