A traditional & authentic old style Belgium beer, pure malt, hops, without spices or additives. A smooth, slightly amber & cloudy beer. Soft with a invigorating bitterness in the aftertaste, voluptuous, refreshing, with discreet hints of caramel.

Bière pression bue au pot à lait à Liège. Blonde basique, tant visuellement qu'au goût. Levure belge et alcool assez présent, typiquement belge ! Mais petite note de malt cheap type pils en arrière bouche. Reste sympa.

Flaska på Pistolet, Bryssel. Guldig, klar med högt vitt skum. Typiska tripeltoner, jästigt, lätt metallisk ton, champis, honung, popcornkärnor. Kanske lite väl tilltaget sötma.

Sample at Oostend north sea beer fest. Golden color clear big white head persistent, light lace. Aroma: glucose, sawdust, grains and sweet potatoes. Taste is flat sweet. Finish is abrupt, noting good remains. It has a pleasing malty tone but generally undrinkable. No traces if hops, just sugar. Terrible... Bad batch? I tasted carefully for a long time I can’t get anything good out of it, certain cheap malt liquors are more interesting. Pity. Sure it was a bad keg, it can’t be real.
