So what’s the deal with the hook on our logo? It’s called a peavey. It’s a tool with a pointed end and a thumb like hook, designed to make log driving easier.
Elegant and simple, much like this beer. Designed after the Helles lagers found in the biergartens of southern Germany. This light lager is gently malt forward with a balanced hop bitterness. Easy drinking and approachable. One sip and you’ll be hooked.

Clear golden pour, with a small white head. Grassy, great cereals, light, minerals, biscuity. Light mouth feel, solid carb. Low to medium bitter, grassy floral finish.

This Helles poured a clear light yellow colour with a bright white, creamy head. Nice lacing. Scents include corn, dough, and a little spice. First swig was smooth and creamy with flavours of corn, malt and hops. Basic Helles really. Finish is mildly hoppy with corn flavours lingering.
