Birra dal colore ambrato, malto caramello e luppolatura imponente. Al primo sorso bevuta caratterizzata dai malti, con un esplosione di luppoli che a piccoli passi invade il palato. Complessa, ma allo stesso tempo da bere senza fine.

Bottle, 6.5%. The bottleneck smells like smelly feet. Mild grassy hop aroma. Cloudy orange colour. Very small white head. OK refreshing hop flavour, with a little paper to it. Gets a little sour in the finish.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a small off-white head. Mild hoppy and fruity aroma. Bottle top has a distinct acidic foot sweat like aroma, sharp - but not present in the beer. Mild citric and fruity flavoured. Light yeasty and fruity hoppy finish.

Draught. New 2008 batch with Amarillo hops. Fully hazy foxy orange-amber; good, if smallish yellowish beige head. Nutty, bready - and hoppy. USA hops obvious, if dosed well (!). Some caramel. Surprisingly light, hoppy, and a measured dose of walnut peel - completely covering the caramel. But in the end it goes wrong - starting a bit sourish, and more than probably not wanted. Sourishness mounting with more drinking. Very light, refreshing, bit wry. The brewer himself was very concerned about this one. Maybe a tad too much, as it is not bad, but the sourness ought to disappear next time.
