Lattina. Territorio olfattivo dominato da frumento, coriandolo e spezie. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e l'esistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il mantello birroso superiore resiste abbastanza. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine, con carbonazione abbondante. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è di media potenza e c'è anche una componente di umami. La forza gustativa è elevata e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il retrogusto è di decente intensità. Sul tetto della bocca si depositano note di miele, frumento, frutta secca, sale, luppolo, resina e pino.

Tap at Birrificio Lambrate Golgi, Milano, Italy. Pours rather pale, medium hazy, with moderate fine white foam. Aroma spiced, orange peel. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is medium sweet. Final is average.

Can at home. Has a hazy yellow colour with a big creamy white head. Aroma of cilantro, lime, lime grass, flowers, nutmeg, white bread and dry hay. Flavour of grass, cilantro, lime grass, flowers, perfumy soap and some peaches. Has a slick mouth feel, medium body and soft bitterness. Fantastic aroma, and quite tasteful. A little too perfumy/herby maybe. The best witbier I've tried on many yers!

Golden, hazy with a minimal white head. Aroma of wheat, spices and fruits sense. Medium bitter with a wheat and some spice end.

Bottle - Lemon, herbal notes and soft wheat. Cloudy yellow with a decent white head. Herbal, soft wheat and a touch of bitterness.

Bevog Fest 17. Cloudy yellow with a big white head. Citric, wheat, some spices. Light sourness, dry, lightly bitter. Very smooth.

Draft. Hazy yellow color, white ice cream cone head. Aroma of raw sourdough bread. Taste is peppery softly sour bread dough. Nice.
