leicht trübes goldenes Bier mit einer ordentlichen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch wässrig, getreidig. Geschmack dumpf hopfig, getreidig, schwach.

Vom Faß im Brauhaus am Markt, Schweinfurt. - Goldgelb, nur leicht trüb; schneeweißer Schaum. - Geruch mild grasig-scharf hopfig mit unschönen Fehltönen vom Hopfenextrakt. - Antrunk frisch und nur mild gehopft, schwach grasig. Betonte helle Malzsüße, etwas hefig. Mild rezent, recht dünner Körper. Auch im Abgang ohne kräftigere Hopfenaromen, das Bier bleibt blaß und nur mild bitter. Ausreichend herber aber wenig hopfenaromatischer, holprig-dumpfer Nachtrunk. - Ziemlich billig gehopftes Zwickel. Noch trinkbar aber kein echter Genuß.

Hazy blond color. Very light malt aroma. The mouthfeel is smooth, for a Lager, with very little malt flavor and correct bitterness; no real quality features here, but at least it’s balanced.

Draught @ Brauhaus Schweinfurt, Klingenbrunnstr. 22-26, 97421 Schweinfurt, Unterfranken/Bayern, Germany.Unclear medium yellow color with a average, creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, fruity, light hoppy, grass notes. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy and smooth, carbonation is soft to flat. Very drinkble. [20090705]

Gold. Slight haze. Earthy, country aroma with a nice pale malt character. Creamy body. Herbal, malty with a subtle yeast character and light fruit. Very drinkable.
