Clear golden color, medium white head. Aroma malts and little hops, notes of herbs. Taste bit sweet, malts.

Vom Faß im Brauhaus am Markt, Schweinfurt. - Goldgelb, klar. - Sehr matte Nase, in der kaum Hopfen erkennbar ist. - Schmeckt eigenartig künstlich süß (Dosenmais?), dazu kommen Anflüge von Zahnkrem und Chlor (?), die wahrscheinlich Hopfen darstellen sollen. Dumpf-herber, unaromatischer Nachtrunk. - Wozu viele Worte machen: ein ungewöhnlich mieses „Pilsner“.

Bottle @ Schweinfurt/Wernecker. Pours clear yellow with a frothy head. Grainy and hayish with a papery touch. Medium bodied. Short dry hoppy end.

Draught at the Schweinfurt Brauhaus on Markt
Blond color. Very light aroma of malt. The flavor too is very mild, with some corn-ish malt, ordinary bitterness, and really too strong metallic impression.

Draught @ Brauhaus Schweinfurt, Klingenbrunnstr. 22-26, 97421 Schweinfurt, Unterfranken/Bayern, Germany.Clear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, lemon, grass notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is soft. [20090705]

Light gold. Gentle sparkle. Thick head. Very herbal nose - marjoram, mint and even some yeast. Crisp bitterness. Dry, herbal character overall. Refreshing pils despite being of quite a light body.

Bottle: Pale golden, mid-sized, slowly collapsing white head; moderate grainy-bitter nose with a lot of aromatic hops; robust, a bit dryish bitter flavour, light to medium-bodied; sweet-malt, grain and aromatic hops in the finish. A pleasant, well made german Pilsener............

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a beautiful and dense foamy white head. Herbal, slightly grassy hop aroma, backed with a light-sweet malt character. Bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a pleasantly smooth carbonation. Distinctive herbal hoppy taste with a moderate grainy malty background; dry hop bitter finish with a good length. Tasty, refreshing Pilsner; a goodie.
