Bottled. A hazy light golden beer with an off-white head. The aroma has notes of matl, straw, and citrus, as well as a bit of barbeque sauce. The flavor is sweet and acidic with notes of lemon and vegetables, leading to a tart lemony finish.

Bottle 50cl. w. swing top.[ Courtesy of Beershine & Oakes ]. Alc. 3.2%. Murky medium to dark yellow color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, sour, citrus acidic - tart. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a average duration, and a dry finish. Body is light to medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is flat. [20090704]

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of oh6gdx. Hazy and opaque yellow with a small white head. Tart, lactic and somewhat rubbery aroma with a faint note of smoke. Light body, heavy carbonation, again tart and lactic all through the finish. 270609

Bottle, 2.7%. Shared by Oakes. One year past bottling date. Mild citric aroma, not lemony just citric. Seemingly clear yellow colour. Very small white head. Faint funky note.

Bottled, thanks Oakes & Beershine! Hazy golden, lively head. Tart lightly lemony nose. Dry and thin, very drinkable. Mild and easy going with light acidity and notes of cardboard. No bitterness.

Thanks Patrick! Hazy orange with tiny white short lasting head. Aroma had burned rubber. Flavour was sourish with burned rubber, lacto and lemons hints. Finished sourish.

Cloudy yellow. Quite phenolic aroma with light celery. Tart, not clean though with all the phenols but it is an interesting example mild rhubarb note. Just moderate acidity.

50 cL bottle, courtesy of oh6gdx. Pours hazy yellow with a fully gone head. Aroma is light plastic and with a mild burned note. Distinct light bodied and sourish to mild citric base flavoured. Light acidic to citric finish. Mild and light bodied finish. Milky and citric finish.

Bottled. Hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is citrus fruits, wheat as well as some rather acidic and sour notes. Flavour is also the same in quite a dry and acidic way. Quite pleasant Berliner Weisse.
