Voici enfin la dernière bière à annoncer, mais non la moindre ! Ça fasait très longtemps que nous n’avions pas fait une nouvelle version de notre série Hypa. C'était simplement logique de faire une version de notre série qui met en vedette les houblons de la Nouvelle-Zélande. En effet Hypa #13 est brassée avec les houblons Nelson Sauvin, Motueka, Riwaka et Rakau avec un ajout de Motueka Hop Kief. Ce sera clairement dorénavant l'une de vos Hypa préférée. Cette IPA est excessivement aromatique avec une superbe déclinaison de fruits exotiques, de vin blanc, de kumquats etr de pamplemousse.

Tap. Hazy yellow orange with medium white head. Aroma of tropical fruits, mango, oranges, zest. Taste is fruity hoppy with mango, passion fruit, oranges, zest.

Tap at Valhalla, thx Adam H! Murky yellow body, off-white head. Lovely citrus notes before some oxidation, bit herbal. Lean light citric, smooth taste, tiny oniony and minerally notes. Solid even if not the freshest!

Aroma: dank, juicy, car exhausts.
Taste: along the same lines, a bit watery.
Overall: ok.

Soft, juicy and tropical with some sweetness, fluffy creaminess and hints of apricot, vinous Nelson and herbal hops. Smooth and sweet.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones and some grapefruit/tropical hops notes and with a semi-dry finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones notes, some tropical hops notes and a semi-dry finale. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with nice tropical focus floral hops notes with creamy notes.
