For our 6th anniversary, we brewed this Hazy IPA with our most used hop over the last six years: Nelson Sauvin. This has a dry hop of three different expressions of this wonderful hop: Mid-season, late harvest and cryo hops. The result is a bright yellow beer, smooth and bursting with dank, troppical, candied fruit aromas. On the mouth, a moderate herbal bitterness is preceded by notes of dried apricot, madrone fruit and lemon curd. We hope you love it, thank you for your support for these past six years!

Léger voile doré, col fin blanc tenace.
Arôme sur un bouquet fruité tropical et agrumes – bonne dose de groseilles vertes et à maquereau.
Palais sur une belle rondeur fruitée – touche presque fraise et myrtille, léger sur les agrumes, un peu crémeuse, key lime pie avec un fini tirant sur la groseille verte.

Can. Color: Hazy orange, frothy white head. Aroma: Hopy, citrus fruit, tropical fruit. Taste: Hoppy, citrus (tangerine) and tropical (passion fruit, hints of pineapple) fruit, subtle dank notes, wheat malt base. Medium body, average carbonation. Moderate sweet and bitter. Ok.
