Bottle at home shared with Joen and Laura. Clear pale yellow golden color, average sized white head. Aroma and flavor are lightly malts, yeast, yellow fruits. Softly bitter. Quite nice this tripel.

Keg at If It Ain't Dutch. Near clear paleish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, airy and mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation late on. Floral malts mildly sweet. A mild bitterness in reasonable balance. Triple sweet grain. A mild amount of fruits, a touch of lemon. Light and semi dry finish. A layered and drinkable triple.

Bottle from Beerdome. Aroma is spicy yeast with fruity notes, some orange, malt, coriander, light hoppy and floral finish. Medium sweet with a mild bitterness. Body is medium. Solid Tripel.

Nose is yeast esters, herb, stewed fruits, grains.
Taste comprises sultanas, caramel, sugars, herb, hedgerow, kiss of alcohol.
Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close and a balanced kiss of booze.
Not bad ... balanced well enough and not overly sweet.

Fles in restaurant Het Hooihuis, Roosendaal. Donkergeel bier met mooie schuimkraag. Smaak is vol en krachtig, bitterzoet en kruidig met iets van vanille, banaan en zoet fruit. Volgens etiket is dit een 10% bier, dus vrij zwaar voor een tripel.

Fles gekocht bij de brouwerij, geprobeerd met Roelzie. Het is een troebel oranje bruin bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van en caramel. De smaak is vol kruidig en zacht caramel achtig.
