50 cl. bottle. Slightly hazy, yellow colour with a big, white head. Sweet aroma with light hefe-yeasts, spices - coriander and banana. Taste is sweet. Medium body with an almost oily texture and lively carbonation. Short, sweet finish with wheat and spices. In my opinion not a good idea to mix the Belgian and German wheat beer styles.

Bottle @ Home. Pours hazy light golden with a white head. Aroma of wheat, coriands, yeast herbs. Taste is wheat, yeast, herbs, coriands. Thin body, (to) high carbonation level. More like a witt than a german weizen. 131011

Pours a golden colour, like weizen. Smells like wit. Initial aroma is wit, with coriander and herbs. Not too much weizen to be found.

Hazy yellow with a big white head. Aroma is sweet, wheaty, yeasty and banana. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and light acidic finish. The high carbonation is disturbing. Feels more like a German than a Belgian Wheat. Has more bitterness and it’s not as soft and smooth as German Hefes. Disappointing. 060511
