Vores Forårsbryg debuterede i 2006 under navnet Påskebryg, men vi ændrede navnet, da foråret jo som bekendt varer længere end påsken. Vi brygger den stadig efter den originale opskrift.
Forårsbryg er en lys og letdrikkelig ale. Fyldig men alligevel mild og frisk med et strejf af citrus.

Bottled. Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is fruity, some parfumed soap, mild yeast and some herbal tones. Flavour is somewhat yeasty with fruity and mild floral tones.

Hazy golden with a lasting white head. Fruity aroma with bubblegum and a hint of yeast. Sweet fruity flavour with yeast notes, and a light acidic touch in the finish

DØE. Clear golden with a tiny white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, yeasty and flowers. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Light dry and light bitter finish. 280515

Foodfestival, 2014. Slightly hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, fruit and a little toasted. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, medium sweet, spices and a little bitter.

10 cl glass fra fad på Tap1, mai-14: et interessant øl hvor de to gjærstammene som er benyttet gir en god kryddersmak. Alikevel avrundet og lett å drikke. Kort skum. Må kjøpe en flaske av denne og prøve ordentlig.

Bottle 50cl.Clear medium yellow color with a small, fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grian, toasted, light hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090515]

50 cl bottle rated at Roskilde Festival 2009 cloudy yellow, thick white smooth heaad. spicy slight honey touch in the aroma. flavor is sawdust, honey, spicy bitterness.

Sample at CPH beerfestival. Nice head with medium duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are malt, hops and citrus.

Cloudy golden with a tiny white head. Aroma was sweet with malty, caramellish and fruity notes. Flavour was sweet and fruity with toasted malt, caramel and mild hops. Finished mild bitter.
