A murky blonde ale with a thin white head. In aroma, nice fruity malt with light candy sugar and light Brett, light cork character, interesting. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with Orval quality, light grainy character, light Brett, very nice and complex. Bottle at Cajun Café spring beer fest 2016.

Flo’s first, with a creamy, relatively thick, snow white head and darkish peach blonde colour with chestnut hue, cloudy. Aroma of peach, orange, pineapple, coriander, honey, candi, caramel. Sweetish taste with clear presence of candi sugar, flowery, light malty basis, finishing with too little hops and too much lactic acid, the regrettable result of an infection, ruining the whole tasting. I am convinced this young micro brewery is quietly doing a good job so I will certainly re-rate this hoping to find a bottle without bacterial infection.
