Sampled from a bottle, as Bispen Trippel, at CBF 09. Foggy golden, tiny, white head. Belgian ale fruitiness in aroma followed by a rather candy sweet taste added cloves and late fruits. Welcoming modest bitterness in the aftertaste. Heat from the alcohol. Well bodied. Has absolutely got some bright drinking moments (15.05.2009).

Bottle at Ølfestival 2008, Århus
Muddy blond color. Being the end of the bottle doesn’t help: light spicy character, round mouthfeel, some bitter orange and coriander, and some yeast.
