At first a golden ale was prepared using a mix fermentation of belgian yeast and diferent strains of lactobacillus, Plantarum and Helveticus. After a few months a ginger bug was started. For 2 weeks this ginger was feeded with sugar and naturally fermented and after that added to the beer. Part of this beer was bottled and lauched as "Bug Paradise".
The other part, was aged on a gin barrel for 6 months and with the helps of some additional botanicals.
