Occasionally the opportunity arises to work with breweries that defined who we are today. One Drop in Sydney, Australia is undoubtedly one of them! Amazing beers, flawless design, beautiful illustrations and a relentless focus on innovation and creativity make One Drop one of the most attractive brands on the Australian and international market! We tried not to ruin the opportunity by selecting a Madeira Wine barrel in which we had an Imperial Stout aging for 16 months. After this deep rest in the barrel, we added maple syrup from Canada and matured the beer in voluptuous amounts of cacao nibs from Ghana and vanilla beans from Uganda. An opulent and exotic beer with ingredients from the four corners of the world. Enjoy!

From tap at Baxfest 2025. Sweet with cocoa, maple, dark malt, vanilla, sugary/syrupy notes. Big sweet taste, full body, sweet but rich. Plenty going on.

Tap at BPBW 2025. Black body, off-white head. Enormous cocoa-driven aroma, some barrel touches, quite nice, bit lean. Heaps and heaps of chocolate in the sweetish, smooth taste, ending bitter. I mean... impressively made!

Bottle. Oily, black with a small brown head. Chocolate, roasted malts, coffee, brown sugar, booze and a vinous touch in the aroma. Full body, smooth and silky, softly carbonated and warming. Sweet flavor, too alcoholic, with chocolate, coffee, brown sugar and a vinous touch. Lasting finish. Perhaps a bit sweet and edgy, but really nice. 250215
