Commissioned wheat beer with sticky, white head and ochre blonde colour, hazy. ’Wild’ aroma, yoghurt, sour cream, lemon, bready malts, banana, pear. Lemony acidity in the onset, bit lactic sourness too, bready malt base, rather thin mouthfeel, somewhat phenolic and unpleasant ending. Atypical if considered a witbier and not very satisfying.

Bottle 33cl.Unclear medium amber yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting - diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, fruity - apricot, honey, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. Bottle at ZBF09. Distinct coriander aroma. Cloudy muddy yellow and grey colour. Small white head. The flavour has some coriander and some strange, old herbal note. Old butter and coriander? Strange.

Very pale gold, well-carbonated beer; irregular head, white. Coriander, coriander, coriander. And just a dash of lemon. Citrus& coriander, both restrained, which makes it palatable. A bit creamy MF, slightly spritzy, but not thirst-quenching enough by any standard. Another one. Why, oh, why?
