(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 7 Sep 2024) Hazy golden amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of dried fruit, marzipan and herbs. Malty, fruity taste with dried fruit, apricots, marzipan, candy sugar and a gentle herbal bitterness in the finish. Almost full body, with a certain sweetness. Well balanced tripel. Nice one.

Sample at SBWF 2024. Hazy golden/yellow with a white head. Fruit, esters, malt and some marzipan. Warming notes in the finish.
