Bottle into a taster showing moderately filtered pink grapefruit rind with sparse white foam. The nose shows strong acetic notes of dry currant and raspberry. The palate is well carbonated and light bodied. Strongly tart with moderately intense flavors of red currant and tomato with very strong intense acidity throughout. More like a kettle sour than a lambic.

Smells dry, funky and fruity. Some carbonation. Taste more subtle than I expected, woody, light sourness, funky and a bit of fruit. Not the in your face sourness and jammyness of their kriek, for example. Very well made, great balance, smooth.
