A session bitter and by far our most popular beer. Our secret recipe includes Cara malt, giving it a smooth flavour. The bitterness comes from the cascade hops.

RBESG Sheffield 2009. Handpump at The Star Inn Summer Beer Festival, Huddersfield. Light amber colour, white head. Aroma of nuts, malts, fruity and a bit peachy. Flavour is light fruity and nutty, with a light bitter finish. Flat and a bit thin.

Cask at the Queenโs Head in Chelmsford, Essex on 27th Aug 2008. Brownish in colour, slight citric notes, and a chalky texture. Not a favourite, but I am willing to be swayed next time I taste the beer.

Cask@Newark Beer Festival. Syrupy thick looking still beer with a light and malty aroma and a dry watery flavour. Overall a weak dry beer.
