33cl bottle with very kind thanks to Reakt, cheers Ang. First off, well done to Eddie Gadd for making the first Kent barley wine barrel aged beer. What a hero, pushing the boundaries that others won’t. Whatever it tastes like, it’s 10 out of 10 for trying. Hazy brownish red with very thin beige head. Aroma of red fruit and barley wine. Almost bretty on the aroma. I like the Oooks! more I must admit. The red fruit from the wine barrels is there and is very nice. Not sure it is too integrated with this Bretty barley wine. Either Brett or infected in the bottle. A bit of plastic too. Wow. That really is a bit full on. Not sure it all works together, but as I say thumbs up for trying.

Bottled. Reddish amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is quite strong on brett, some plastic pipe mild wooden notes as well as some slight slight burnt rubbery notes. Quite red-wineish notes as well. Flavour is a bit barnyardy dry wooden stuff along with brett and some caramel malts.

Bottle 330ml. @ Weekend of Tarts After Tastinglight unclear dark amber color with a small to average, fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, red wine, wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
