Bottled (from Estate Wine, Holstebro). Amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is toffee, caramel malts, fruits, wood and some mild floral notes as well. Flavour is quite much the same, but not that much toffeeish notes at all.

Bottle, 4.8%. Farty aroma. Clear dark brown colour. The flavour is also farty, has some vegetable, cabbage. Citric finish, not so pleasant. Roasted malts, but cannot hide the sourness and vegetable.

The description says this is a bitter, but it looked, poured and smelled just like a porter. Looked alot like a cold glass of coco-cola. Heavy aroma of roasted malt. Flavor is strange and confused. Initially you get the malt flavor, not as roasted as the aroma might let on either. Very watery in your mouth which probably dilutes the true flavor. Finish is watery clean and brings the slight coffee flavors. I bet if they boiled this harder they might wind up with a more concentrated flavor, but as is, this was not very memorable.
