500ml bottle. Clear pale golden colour with a thin white head, stays for a while around the edge. Aroma of medium sweet ripe apples, very subtle oaky note. Taste of moderately sweet apples, oaky notes coming through a bit more. Medium dry. Crisp. Lovely.

500 ml bottle @ Lulworth Clove Inn. Clear, pale golden body with a small and fast disappearing white head. Aroma is quite mild, but distinct of apples and wood. Flavor is medium sweet and also distinct with apple, wood and a bit earthy. Very nice and refreshing. I had this as a perfect thirst quencher after a long walk in the summer heat, so this might has some effect, but this just made my day. Couldn’t imagine anything more refreshing at that moment.

Bottle. Close to no head. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are crisp dry apples, light sugar and still nice and citric.

Bottle from Sainsburys. Pale gold with lively carbonation and a short-lived white head. Odd, faintly sour aroma which for some reason made me think of vomit. Unsurprisingly, the flavour was a vast improvement with some sweetish fruit and woody notes, before a medium finish. Perhaps unlucky to be tasted at the same time as some craft ciders, but this is not a cider I would revisit again.

Bottle 50 cl. Clear yellow with no head at all. Discreet apple aroma. Medium body, dry and sulphurous with lightly astringent, tart apple accents. Has an underlying tartness. Fresh alright. 310509
