Drank at room temperature. The color is slightly yellowish. The olfactory intensity is high and lasts considerably. The taste on the nose recognizes impressions of dried apricot, melon, cognac, blackberries, almonds and white mushrooms. The first impression of intensity in the mouth is of robust sake. The body is structured. The taste intensity is high, and the taste persistence is good and long. The taste is very pleasant. The final mouth sensations are of drinkable sake. The aroma in the mouth bears signs of melon, anise, pepper, white flowers, kiwi and umami for a strong taste.
