27 April 2019. At Zythos Bierfestival. Deputy Taster: Anke. Cheers to Ama Deke, Erwin, John & Meeki! Clear pale golden, unstable, frothy, off-white head. Aroma of apple peel, pear, yellow grapefruit, grain, melon, yeast, bread. Taste is light fruity sweet, notes of apple & pear, quite yeasty & bready, sourish lime & wheat, bitter notes of grain, grass, mandarin peel, grapefruit, leading to a dryish, grainy, bit grassy hoppy finish, lingering yeast & yellow fruit. Medium body, slick texture, fizzy carbonation. Sufficiently ‘hoppy blond’ for me but not much more.

Bouteille 33cl de Carrefour Market, Bxl. BB 11/07/2020. Bouteille brassée chez Anders. Dorée, col épais blanc. Arôme rend un bouquet assez IPA américaine, marqué par l'Equinox, ce dernier donne un bouquet fruité tropical sur des notes de papayes, en retrait petit effet mangue de Mosaic. Malt plus discret en balance arrière. Palais est léger houblonné avec un effet tropical - papaye, petite touche presque pimentée. Qcq agrumes et léger fini mangue. Amertume plaisante très côté ouest US. Malt pils avec petite touche grillée en toute fin de bouche. Palais

Bottle at source. A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting white froth.. Aroma is nice floral, lime,, little mango, juicy. Flavour is composed of semi crisp, pale grains, sorachi, little dill, lemon rind, hint of vanilla.. Palate is airy carbonation, highish carbonation. Nice.

Bottle split at Beerstorming, 08/12/18. Very lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is orange pith, mandarin, light herb, straw. Taste comprises orange pith, lemon rind, jasmine, floral notes, melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with juicy hop bitterness. Decent enough easy drinking IPA.
