Bottle 120817. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is apple, plum, sourness. Flavor is sourness, apple, plum. Weird but also nice.

Bottle courtesy of Gunfryd. Way better than Emma. Same golden body with a fast disappearing white head. Aroma is mainly apple with a hint of plum and some ripe fruit. The flavor is dominated by apple with some plums in the background, still quite distinct. This one is also quite sweet together with the fruity acidity. Medium body and average aftertaste. Quite nice but feels a bit sweet by the bottom of the glass.

750 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8%. Golden colour, very moderate carbonation, no head. Nice aroma of apples, plums and prunes. Fairly sweet flavour of dessert apples, hints of plums. Soft mouthfeel. Delicious. Much better than Emma in the same cider series.

Tiny bubbly shortlasting head, light straw colored. Aroma is slightly dry fruity, hay, fruit stones, yeast, plums, flowers, apple cores, apple peel, grass, alcohol, tiny hints of smoke. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, plums, grass, fruit stones, hay, apple peel, apple cores, minerals, dry apples. Medium bitterness, slightly dry fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.
