Available throughout the year, the beer is a golden copper coloured ale, which has a thick and creamy off-white head that laces your glass all the way to the bottom, leaving you wanting more. A marriage of Pilgrim, East Kent Goldings and Cascade hops presents a delicate citrus aroma and a unique spicy floral taste.

Cask in my local Spoon’s on 9th June 2014. Amber bronze with an off-white head that held well. This smooth and mellow beer had a malt lead that fell away to allow the mildly citrus flavoured hops to assert themselves mid-sip. An easy drinking blend, nice.

Dark golden beer with a thick, frothy head and a faint, sweet, citrus aroma. The is very subtle, with hints of citrus, caramel and a slight tangy edge. The aftertaste is surprisingly strong with the citrus coming through again and a lasting, bitter almost smoky finish.

On cask at the Grosvenor bar. Appearance - golden to amber with a decent head. Nose - toffee and biscuits. Taste - like crushed ginger snap biscuits. Palate - medium bodied with a crunchy texture and a fairly fresh finish. Overall - good amber / bitter.
