Draught@CBC2016. Reddish amber colour with a small pink head. Aroma is cherries, raspberries, some toffee, strawberries and some wooden tones. Flavour is cherries, zest, some herbs, raspberries as well as some wooden tones. Refreshing.

Tap@CBC2016, Copenhagen - red amber coloured pour with white pinkish head. Prominent medium sour cherry fruity notes, some almond nutty notes, medium to light acidic, cherrystone, tart cherry finish.

[5/13/16] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2016. Yellow session. Wonderful red-purple with a pink head. Wonderful huge cherries aroma. Tart flavor with lots of cherries, a spicy note, and a bitterish note. Medium-bodied.

Tap at CBC ’16. Cloudy red with a medium pink head. Aroma of candied cherry, light Brett and tart cherry. Flavour is light moderate sweet and sour. Light to medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Keg at Akkurat, Stockholm Cloudy burgundy colour, minimal head. Aroma of vanilla and cherry. Sweet with some tsrtness with rounded mouthfeel and medium body. Peppery with a lemony burning sensation. Juicy cherries and vanilla. Mid bitter finish. Intense, but sketchy.

Draught @ All In Beer Fest 2015. Pours hazy deep red with a frothy and creamy reddish white head that slowly dissipates while leaving some sticky lacing and trace on the glass. Smell is heavy fruity and tiny funky with crackers, lemon juice, sour cherries, yoghurt, hay, dry soil, barnyard, leather and lemon zest. Taste is sour, tiny bitter and heavy fruity. Mouthfeel is dry, tart, tiny tannic astringent, tiny mouthpuckering and medium bodied. Finish is sour with crackers, lemon juice, tons of sour cherries, yoghurt, hay, dry soil and lemon zest. Incredible clean cherry depth without any buggin marzipan character. Great lactic sour base. Hints of funk. Overall an amazing fruited sour.
